Do you ship to Europe?+
Yes. We deliver across Europe — including the Czech Republic — within 2–4 business days via express air freight. Customs and VAT are included in the price (DDP), so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery.
How do I order a neon sign?+
Create your design with our Design Your Own tool, or message us on WhatsApp. Send us the size, colour and text and we'll reply with price and lead time right away.
Is neon safe, and how long does it last?+
LED neon runs on low voltage (12V/24V), stays cool and is completely safe. It offers 50,000+ hours of life. Every product comes with a 2-year warranty.
What's the difference between indoor and outdoor?+
Indoor neon is for decorative use. Outdoor signs are made with waterproof (IP65) materials and durable acrylic to withstand the elements.
